While we do encourage customers to schedule appointments for viewing and test drives, it's important to note that an appointment alone does not guarantee the reservation of a specific vehicle.
To secure the vehicle of your choice and avoid disappointment, we highly recommend placing a deposit. Deposits serve as a commitment and demonstrate your serious intent to purchase. They also help us manage inventory and ensure fairness in our sales process.
It's important to understand that deposits are generally non-refundable once made, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of deposit. This policy is in place to protect against instances where a customer changes their mind or fails to follow through with the purchase after the vehicle has been reserved for them.
We understand that circumstances may vary, and we strive to be accommodating whenever possible. To minimize the risk of fraud, we kindly request that any payments exceeding $3,000 be made using certified funds, such as cash, cashier's checks, or money orders. Please note that we do not accept credit or debit card payments for amounts over $3,000, and all credit and debit transactions will incur a 4% processing fee. When using credit or debit cards, we may request identification, and the name on the card must match the name on your identification card or driver's license. We do not accept personal or business checks, and cashier's checks should be made payable to "Overdrive Autos LLC." The remitter must be present or able to sign the required document via email. While we do not accept Cash App cards directly, you may transfer funds from Cash App, and we also accept payments via Zelle. Additionally, wire transfers are accepted; however, the vehicle will not be released until the wire has cleared our account and has been verified by an Overdrive Autos employee.
