So, when you purchase a vehicle from Overdrive Autos, you know you are not on your own.
3 Month/3,000 Mile Limited Powertrain Warranty
This is a complimentary limited powertrain warranty for a period of 3 months from 30 days of the original sale date or 3,000 miles from the mileage at the time of the original sale, whichever occurs first, for repairs that are required as a result of defects due to material and/or workmanship to the powertrain components as listed below:
What Does it Cover?
Engine
Internally lubricated parts within the engine as follows: pistons, rings, rods, bearings, crankshaft, distributor shaft, oil pump, gears, camshaft, timing chain, timing gears, tensioners, wrist pins, valves, solid lifters, rocker arms, push rods, cylinder head gasket
Transmission
Internally lubricated parts as follows: shafts, gears, bushings, flywheel, flex plate, synchronizers, torque converter, pumps, valve body, synchronizer drums, internal linkage. Transmission cases are covered if damaged by above above-listed Covered Component.
Transfer Case:
Internally lubricated parts as follows: gears, chains, bushings, bearings, sprockets, sleeves. Transfer cases are covered if damaged by an above-listed Covered Component.
Drive Axle:
Internally Lubrcated parts as follows: constant velocity joints (unless the boot is damaged or missing), universal joints, planetary gears, bushings, transaxle housings, differential housings, final drive housing, axle shaft
Cooling:
Radiator, Fan, Fan clutch, water pump
Seals and Gaskets:
Cylinder head gaskets, all other seals, and gaskets are covered in conjunction with repair of above listed Covered Components
Exclusions
All the above items are not covered for damage due to accident, misuse, alteration, insufficient or improper maintenance, contaminated or poor-quality fuel. In the event the warranty is applicable, the dealer is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages caused by or resulting from the defect, malfunction or failure. Dealer is not responsible to provide alternate transportation prior to or during applicable warranty repairs being performed.
Deductible
A deductible is required to be paid by the consumer for each claim filed. Said Deductible will be announced upon purchase.
Non-Transferability
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the vehicle only and is not transferable to subsequent purchasers.
No Consequential Damages
In no event shall the dealer be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss related to property other than the vehicle, loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or any other economic loss.

Restrictions
The 3-month warranty or 3,000-mile warranty does NOT apply to all vehicles. It is limited to vehicles that show the 90-day or 3,000-mile warranty on the buyer's guide.
